"Morning Morro Rock"

This show contains an assortment of realistic landscapes, abstract landscapes and non-objective paintings. The borders between such designations are sometimes hard to find. The most realistic painting is an abstract, it is not the thing but a representation of whatever it is representing. Even the most abstract paintings have a way of becoming landscapes of the imagination, populated by accidental/deliberate beings, found in the mind of the viewer with hints from the painter. Some of those same beings can be found populating even the most realistic of painting. Enjoy your exploration of these paintings, reading into them what your eye, experience and imagination find.
